Payment

In order to book a reservation for in person trips, full payment is due at time of registration..

Cancellations

All cancellations must be made in writing to Modern Mountaincraft. Cancellations made 60 days before the start date of the trip are eligible for a 50% refund, minus a $100 cancellation charge. Cancellations within 30 days from the trip start date are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances. If your guide cancels your trip due to safety considerations, a full refund will be issued.

Logistical Adjustments

All trips are subject to changes in the itinerary based on the guide’s discretion. Any additional expenses incurred due to a change or cancellation of the original itinerary is solely the responsibility of the trip participant and will not be compensated by Modern Mountaincraft.

Travel Insurance

Modern Mountaincraft does not cover unforeseen additional costs associated with rescue/evacuation, travel adjustments/delays, lost luggage, inclement weather, and/or any other unexpected expenses. It is strongly recommended that all participants purchase travel insurance to cover these costs.

Photography Release

Modern Mountaincraft may use any photographs and/or video footage from your trip for promotional, social media, and/or commercial purposes.
